I was wondering how to change the region info (password, factbook, etc.) Recently I went on and found that I was the only nation left; and I was wondering if it were possible to change the region stuff if at all. Thanks.

In order to change the Region's Factbook, you would have to be either:
1: The UN (United Nations) Delegate, which in a nutshell is the UN member with the most endorsements from the other UN members.
OR
2: The original first member of the region, the Founder
Since I am not up to snuff with my rules anymore, I can't advise you on your chances of convincing a Mod to make you the Founder, if at all.
Why don't you go somewhere else or just leave and then found the region again? That way, you can be the Founder.
