Hello,
I am the ruler of the nation Banker. Both my wife and I play this game and depending on what project the other is working on (someimtes for work) dictates what computer we use. I am sending this to let the mods know that we are indeed 2 seperate ppl and not one user using 2 nations. you should always see a different IP address but sometimes they may over lap.
thanks

Hopefully this was the right place to post this! ;) There used to be a forum for game moderation, too, the last time we were active. Does this forum log IP addies for the moderators to see? If so, hopefully, you can see two different IPs, and that we're two different people/computers. I am already a UN member, and had logged in as Banker a few times in our region to change the WFE, as I didn't think Banker was actually going to play. Now he wants to play, and be a UN member, and I didn't want out statuses to conflict and get us deleted.
Thank you, and sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

New Java Scotia is in the UN and Banker is not, but if you use the same computer, you *cannot* both be in the UN at the same time. There's no way for the moderators to verify that you are two different people. You both either need to trade off UN status, or have just 1 UN between the both of you if you share a computer.
If you could manage to keep your nations separate on separate computers, you *should* be okay having two UNs. But there can't be any overlap detected, or you'll be classed as a UN multi and ejected from the UN.

For what it's worth, I know they're two separate people (have known them both practically since I started playing NS), and I think they had a thread like this before on the old forum...and never had any problems having both nations in the UN.

Oh, no, we have two seperate computers, with their own IP addies. We wouldn't have bothered posting this, except that I had joined the UN, and then logged into Banker's (then non-UN) nation to make a few changes in our region's WFE. Now he wants to join the UN, and I just didn't want any accidental conflicts that get our nations deleted.

Hello, Pope Hope! I sent you a TG a day or so ago, but your inbox was probably full. ;)
We did have a thread just like this on the old forums -- used it once when Banker and Lemmiscutea were DEATed for multying because our friend Steve logged in with his UN nation of Lemmiscutea on Banker's computer. The thread helped prove that Banker and Lemmy weren't multying.
This shouldn't be an issue, as Banker stays to his computer and I stay to mine as a general rule -- I just didn't want a mod to look at whatever logs there might be, see that I had logged in as Banker a few times (before he wanted to join the UN and before he said he wanted to play again), and say, "*gasp!* Multies! *DEATDEATDEAT!*"
Because then I would be very sad. :(
