How can I reset/destroy my state ?

you cannot destory or restart a nation, you can change it to suit yourself as the nation description is based on the daily issues.
If you still want to get rid of it, simply dont log onto it for 28 days (i think) and it will be deleted.
there is no way for a player to delete nations and Mods will not delete on request.

I hate my nation, and want it deleted. Can the mods delete my nation for me?
No. The mods have decided not to delete nations for people. You have to let it die by not logging in for 28 days or sixty days on vacation mode. It doesn't matter of course because you won't be meaning to log into it again anywise.
I'll just start a 'puppet' nation.
