Is there a way to calculate national IQ levels based on the funding to education and based on responses to issues of that genre?

Sure.

Or you could just guess.

Lemme take a crack at it.... 42?

But seriously, the IQ can be determined, but the exact method is still up for development. NS only gives us a limited amount of info about our nations, so other stats are either pure speculation or they can be built into calculators. Whether you accept the calculator values is up to you, though I know of no calculator that includes IQ numbers.

Fris that is the best formula I have ever seen. I ran through it and I came out to a national average of 110. Impressive. Thanks for the help!

BTW where'd that scan come from?

Yay! :D
Fris, I didn't know you like Finnish :p

The formula is about proving the existance of God mathematically or something like that. I'm too lazy to read all of it...

Friend of mine does renovations / cleanup work in Salusa's old town, and she found it the floor of his place after he recently moved. The cutout corners were quite realistic artistic doodles that showed what he REALLY looks like without the mask.

NS code - here ya go!
Salusa's real appearance - no f***ing way.

To be serious, though, no there is no way we could measure your nation's IQ. Real-life IQ tests are unreliable enough without us having a shot.

Okay. Then I am curious though, what values are used to determine the smartest nations UN ranking or is that some algorithim more complex than the meaning of life? Or is it just a matrix with numbers and sorted by order.

All of the publically-known game variables may be viewed in the XML feeds (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/XML_feed). If they aren't listed there, you may assume that we don't want you to know.

I remember about a week ago some person asked if you can know the averge IQ of the people in your nation.
Some mod posted a silly formula and another officaly said it was impossible.

Well, a few days ago I noticed the UN report that showed nations with the highest averge IQ. Apprently then it can be done and the mods arn't telling us how

It would be kool if we could figure it out...

One would assume it had to do with Education, and possibly how long you've had a good educational system. But then, there are probably other factors that aren't known and will never be shown to us. :p

The only way to know your IQ is to wait for the rankings. Then apply a bell curve to the world rankings and figure out where you lie. :D

Is that site you linked down, or something? I get a time-out error.
