Firefox plugin for searching in NationStates-related website

I've just created some plugins for Mozilla Firefox (they should work also on Mozilla Suite and Netscape, but I don't tried them) that add to the Search box three websites related to NationStates.

One is for search a Nations on NSEconomy, another one is for search Regions on NSEconomy and the third is for search a region in NSTracker.

I'm still trying to build one for in-game search, but there are some technical limitation to the Mozilla's Search Engine system so I don't think I could do that.

I hope this will help somebody.

Here is the link to download: http://wl.tazio.com (http://www.marcotazio.com/wl/modules.php?name=News&new_topic=7)

[don't think that I don't posted the link here to get hits to my site, the download code include javascript code that could't be posted here, due to admin restriction]

To moderators: Is this the right forum to post things like this?
If it is, could you sticky it? It will be useful for people who use firefox.

Sounds like a nice idea, but not sticky-worthy. I'd want to see quite a bit of positive feedback before even considering adding it to one of the consolidation stickies.

Since the plug-in actually points to non-NS sites, you might ask the owners of the two linked sites to help you promote this, rather than ask us to do so. Also, have you considered a search feature for NSwiki (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) or Sunset's calculator? I'm sure there are other off-site areas that could benefit from this as well.

Fris: Just FYI I believe Galdago has made an NSWiki plugin. I'm using it, its brilliant.

These work very well. (Unfortunately, I'm having major PC trouble at the minute, so I've already lost the downloads - I'll add something when I get them back again.)

After installing them, try restarting firefox. Restarting the browser forces it to load all newly installed components.

Now, how would one go about removing these search functions?

Ok, i found how:
1. Locate the installation folder of firefox
2. Open the folder called "searchplugins"
3. Delete (or even edit) the search engine function of your choice.
4. Wash hands.

Heh, I just recently stumbled across this plugin. I've added a link to it on the NSTracker article in NSWiki.

Anyway. These are all good, although I'm sticking with Galdago's plugin for NSwiki.
