Flag trouble!

The flag, which I want, is found from http://tinypic.com/ddoo0l.jpg
I to change my flag into this want. It does not function! It there at a small box, which says "National Flag", where my flag, should have to be!
What is, which I must perform?

You must download the flag. Then you can upload it to the server. I dont know why there never permitted hot-linked images, maybe for NS2.

If the picture is on tinypic, I'm guessing you put it there, so it should be on your computer already. If not...
Right click on the picture you want
Click on "Save Picture As..."
Save it under whatever name you want, but make sure it's in JPEG (.jpg) format
Now, go to your settings page and click "create your own flag!"
Click on "Browse"
Click on the image you want and click "Open".
Click upload.
If the picture is bigger than about 7.5 KB, it probably won't load. I know it says it's 10 KB, but I've always seen it much lower in my experience. (Someone please correct me on that if they've fixed it)

I do not try to link it. I try to load it. A friend made it for me. He placed inside on tinypic. I am in the back of a fire wall. I cannot load from of my computer, excluding the places which are permitted. It does not permit Nationstates. Why can't Nationstates load it from tinypic?
