My 1st post, wow.

I've been playing NS for about one week, and I've been constantly bothered by this kind of problem:

- I authorize cloning, and they expel my genetic scientists
- I authorize children to read Harry Potter, and they ban it
- I outlaw capitalism, and they say I'm giving funds to business
- ...

I mean, almost all the times, I check my issue ad I choose, say, option 1 and the following day I find that my data was updated like I had chosen option 2. And yes, I'm usually sober when I play NS. ;)
Has this happened to anyone else? Or is it actually part of the gameplay? I'm pretty new to NS but I'm already experimenting some serious frustration with it..

Sounds like someone's screwing with your nation... a few months back there was an outbreak of "nation hackings". Change your password to something harder to guess... hopefully that'll straighten it out.

Good luck... sounds like you're voting the right way on issues, so I hope that starts getting reflected in your nation.

There wasn't? Oh. I had heard there were some problems with that (it might have been longer ago than a few months, though), and even received an official (if I remember correctly, from the mod/admin team) telegram or email or something to that effect about it (although that's long since been deleted). I took it seriously because about exactly that timeframe, my nation mysteriously became capitalist even though I was still voting anti-business on all my issues.

But if you say there wasn't any problem, then you're the mod. *shrugs*

Seems like a bug. I had that happen on a few issues but I've had so many issues that I don't really notice....
