Issues still don't affect my country

That. I've tried moving out and back into my region and the problem's still there. I've got two more issues and hardly anything changed after the legislation passed.

These are my recent issues:

- Food with or without additives: I chose to keep natural food without any additives. No impact whatsoever.
- Gun possession compulsory: I chose to keep every weapon registered. Nothing happened.

These were my other ones:

- Minorities want to go to school: Accepted their demands. Nothing.
- Foreign refugees: Embraced the ones who could work in exchange for a subsistence wage. No impact.
- Poets demand funds: Cut government subsidies to special interest groups. No consequences.
- Foreign industries messing with my Automotive one: Put high tariffs to protect my industry. Nothing...

Any other ideas regarding a solution for this...? =/

Thanks in advance.

Shanty towns are forming in the suburbs of major cities, minority children spend hours bussing to schools miles away from home, all-natural foods are becoming a major fad, and all guns must be registered.

This seems to show the effects of both food and gun legislation, and also the one concerning minority children. You say 'nothing' happens - what is it you are expecting to change?

Most of the time the change is so small that you don't see the change on your NS Page but the change is there. I suggest using a GDP Calculator. Changes are more noticable on certain ones of those than on your NS Page.

Try using NSEconomy (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com) to check the changes.

That's all the change I get. My Civil Rights, Economy and Political Freedoms remain untouched. They changed quite a lot before I caught this problem.

Shazbotdom, I read your comment. Thing is, as I said, the rating varied considerably in previous issues (such as having voting compulsory, the bicycle protests and even the racial quota for soap operas!) and now it hardly changes. Did I happen to get a batch of very influencing issues and then another one of trivial ones (a drought :p)?

I've seen small changes in NSEconomy, though.
