I have recently seen my other friends' Nation States and I'm rather disappointed in the description of the Nation States all together. They all seem overly bland and used often. I suggest that more details be used in describing someone Nation States. It might give you a better picture of it, rather than the oh-hum saying used 50 times over... Just a thought.

In-depth description of your nation is a job for a Factbook or NSWiki, not your main nation page. There's simply too many nations to include the level of detail that you want. Yes, it sucks that everyone has a 'sprawling, bureaucracy-choked mass' for their government; but if you want more details about just how sprawling it really is, that's your prerogative.

The Incredibly Brilliant, Modalicious and above all, MODEST Goddess-Empress of Katganistan is a massive, devout nation, remarkable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its compassionate, hard-working population of 5.126 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Healthcare and Commerce receiving almost no funds by comparison. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 55%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Roads are often attended by round-the-clock construction crews, minority children spend hours bussing to schools miles away from home, Katganistan's airwaves are dominated by corporate-backed commercial radio, and nudity is frowned upon. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Katganistan's national animal is the Scottish Deerhound, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the QuiGonn.

Katganistan is ranked 1st in the region and 3,197th in the world for Nicest Citizens.

Oh, I know. I was using an example (a lot of people in our region are pretty pro big government). But, I take your point: it sucks that everyone has [whatever it is that you believe everyone has], but it's still not something I would have thought they'd change. Furthermore, as Kat points out, there are differences (I mean, 30 or so categories, a multitude of government and population descriptions, and to cap it all hundreds of issues), so it's easy to be individual.
