Telegram function not working.

Howdy.
A fellow poster tried to send me a TG but was unable to. Could you please explain why that is happening? Others have been able to TG me in the past.

Check to make sure you have not accidentally put him on ignore, and that he spelled your nation name correctly (including no space between the words).

Sometimes the telegram function doesn't work for me if I try to access it through Jolt by clicking on the nation's name and then on "Visit Nationname's homepage".
If I go back to my own nation's homepage at nationstates.net and then get to the nation's homepage by typing it into the World search thingy, it works.
