How do i go about changing the colours of my text on my regional control page?

If you mean the Factbook, it's simple. Lets say you want it red. You would start off with and end with [/COLOR~]. But you don't include the ~.
So "How do i go about changing the colours of my text on my regional control page?"
becomes...
[COLOR=Red]"How do i go about changing the colours of my text on my regional control page?"
Easy, huh?

It should also be noted that these NS Code characters count towards your 500-some character limit for the WFE.

Well, not exactly. The forums have code that the WFEs lack, like outside links.
