How do you make your flags bigger? I'm stuck with a crap diddy one cause all the rest I submitted were 'too big' file wize they exceded the ten k limit. But i've seen other nations with larger and better flags than me and so I was wondering how to have a larger flag without going over the k limit.

Have you tried Flags of the World (http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/)? Their flags are generally larger than the standard NS ones (but not GIGANTIC) and many of them don't go over the limit for file size. Other than that, you can use Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, or one of the better free programs (like The Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/)) to resize your flag image.

I make flags at 300x200 and if asked nicely can be easily coerced into making one for pretty much anyone,

anything bigger than 300x200 tho is just too big.

Go with GIF format insteads of JPG and cut the number of colors down to 16. With this you can go bigger. If you want more color, expect smaller size.

I use png flags, that are 300X200.

You should be happy we have what we got tho. Remember when it was only 6 kb? I dont personally, but I have heard... things. Bad things.

There was nothing wrong with the 6kb limit. Most of the flags I make now are in the 2kb range anyway. It's just a matter of careful compression.
