Why is Nepal flag not in the list of flags ? I know that Nepal is one of the poorest nations in the world and dying with its civil war. But it still exists !
Tibet's flag could be added too. Even if Tibet is no more a nation it still lives in many people hearts.

Why not just use them if you want a flag? It is reasonable to belive that since Max only has so much bandwidth, he only used the largest of countries for the perminately stored flags.
Oh, and BTW, both of those are under 10kb (I think 2.5 and 5 respectively) and as such can be uploaded as a custom.

I think the reason that Nepal's flag isn't listed in the flag list is that it isn't a conventional square or rectangular flag, not because it is particularly poor.
After all, all the African flags feature in the list.
And with Tibet, it is no longer an independent nation, and so it's flag is not a national flag. There are no flags in the flag list for individual states or counties in the list: other than England, Scotland and Wales.

There are known exceptions to the list of standard flags, including:
Azerbaijan, Djibouti, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Georgia, Haiti, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Libya, Maldives, Nepal, Northern Marianas, Oman, Tajikistan, Tonga, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Uzbekistan, Vatican City, Western Samoa, Yemen, Yugoslavia and Zaïre.

Adding flags
Yes we all know the flags from Kazakhstan, Libya and several other nations are missing, and no they won't be added.
