In the region of Anime we recently began electing officials for a regional government, in sight of two previous attempts at invasion (long past) it was decided that getting a new founder was prudent for security issues, I read the The New Tech [and Mod] Forum FAQ and what it had to say about evacuating the region and re founding it but i believe that may not be completely possible in our case seeing how there are many users who do not check in at all, this is more evident considering the very horrible turnout for voting in the regional forum. It was decided as a result of the voting that i would be appointed founder if a moderator would be willing to. I would be very thankful if this were possible ^_^
