I share this computer and my brother wants to start playing this game as well join the region I'm in. Is there anything wrong with him having an account on here as well or does this classify as having multiple accounts. By the way, my nation is not in the UN and my brother has no intention to either, so it isn't like a UN thing.

having more than one nation isn't a problem, only having more than one UN nation from the same computer would.
Although I think if your brother breaks the rules, it'll get on your record too..

I share computers with my co-workers and sometimes I find myself logged in as them and vice-versa.
