Is it possible? Without joining the UN? I'm in a region that has no Founder or U.N. delegate. In fact, it's just little old me. :)

I looked at the Nation listings and the founder is not listed, so I'm assuming they're dead and gone. I'm wondering if there's any way for me to gain access to the Regional Controls, or if this is just an orphan region. Thanks!

nope, only founders and delegates can get regional controls (delegates only if founder allows it, no founder, dead founder, or founder outside the region)

founders only get appointed in very rare cases..
