Just a quicky - at the bottom of each UN resolution and proposal it says 'Voting Ends:...' - what is the cut-off time? Midnight? Midday? And which time zone?

This NSwiki article might be helpful: http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Update, and the game runs on GMT.

I have experimentally determined that voting on UN resolutions usually close at 18:48 British Time (that's usually 13:48 Eastern Time). Note that the UTC time of UN resolution voting close changes when British Summer Time goes into effect or out of effect.

I'm positive (based on recent viewing) that the UN proposal update takes place at 11am British Summer Time. So, a very different time to most other events catalogued on the Wiki.
