Dossier Telegrams
I think a great improvement would be the ability to send a message to multiple people in your dossier at once, it would then be easier for delegates to find out what other people in their region think about a certain UN proposal, and wether or not they feel a certain proposal should even make it to the UN.

Maybe if you restricted it to delegates and founders in their region, spam potential is decreased. Just a thought.

Since they have made it pretty clear that there aren't going to be major code changes to NS1, this thread would probably be better placed in the NS2 forum. At least there, the ideas might actually get into the second version of the game (eventually). -Just a thought.
