Question regarding old posts

Quick question for anyone who might have an answer: Where do old threads from the General section go? I was wondering if there's a place that they are stored or if they are deleted. The reason why I'm asking is because I went away for about two weeks and I was wondering if there's a way to look at the old threads from that time.

Old threads in General stay in General. With the move to Jolt, quite some time ago, we don't have to worry about purging threads anymore. All you need to do is go to your profile, on the tab in the upper left hand part of the screen, click on that, and click on "List Subscriptions" to find the link (If you posted in it). If you haven't posted in it, you can simply go back through the pages in the General forum.

Another option you have is (if you know the title of the thread), use the search function and find the thread.

Aha...thank you. Now let's see if it works...

Okay. I found the profile and list subscriptions, however the folder is empty--well, that's okay, I'll try the search feature. It's not that big of a deal, it just would have been nice to see how things went. Thank you again, I must admit I feel rather...foolish, but I am fairly new so I guess it's all right.

Do you remember what the thread was called?

No need to feel foolish. There's nothing wrong with asking questions.
