Issues with the Issues

I have issues with the issues. I am in 'anarchy' for about the third time on this game. Why? Because the issues are pretty piss poor. I click dismiss a lot. Because about %50 of the issues are full of precisely the sorts of mistakes that governmkents out here in the real world make constantly and so I say 'none of the above. I'm sure it would not be too dificult to write in a bit of code that says thte more often an issue is dismissed the less often it is offered. Is there a system in place to remove silly issues from the cycle? Often I get an issue like:
Widget fanciers protest
a) Make widgets mandatory.
b) Make widgets illegal.
c) tax the widgets.
Now me personally I say the widget feinds are free to protest all they want but the government should have no say on what widgets do in the privacy of their own hoimw so I hit dismiss....

A) I think this should be in Got Issues? But I am not sure.
B) It has been said time and time again, there will be no game code changes.
C) As your nation gets larger (and you respond to some of the issues) you start to get some different ones, ones that have prerequesites. For example, you cannot fight a 100% tax rate until you have one! The issues are ramdomly distributed, and I belive I've seen Fris say on more than one occasion, that is the way they will stay. If you dont like an issue, just keep doing what you are doing... dismiss it.

Silly issues are the exact point of this entire game. Nationstates is in support of the book Jennifer Government, which is a book full of satire. This site is basically an advertisement for it, making the satire of this site all the more entertaining and supportive of the book itself.

You government type is entirely due to the laws you do pass, and nothing to do with the issues you dismiss. Dismissing an issue has no effect on your national stats. The only way to get out of anarchy is to choose options that lower freedoms, be they civil, economic or political, or some combination thereof.
