Click on the bit that says "Tired of life in (regon)? Then move to a new one today!", then click on "Create a Region".

Now its my turn to give advice;)
go to search and type in Immortal Nations under "search nation", see if his region is founded by him, and there you go :)

No I haven't founded my own...Cause if I make one I want to do it with someone ,not alone.Maybe later,I'll let you know.

I don't think dual founders is possible.
I don't think dual founders is possible.I think s/he means that s/he wants to start a region founded by either one of them, but containing both as important members.
For example, I created my first region along with a friend (we password-protected it). We alternately checked our nations, with the exception of two in the UN.
