I have applied twice and neither time have I gotten an approval letter with the link I need to activate my country into the UN. I have checked my spam folder and nothing is there. I have AOL as my ISP.

I have seen reliable data indicating that 70% of all non-spam email never makes it to AOL end-user mailboxes. Go get a gmail account, or yahoo, or something and try it again.
No offense to all you AOL users, but your ISP sucks.
I will use my yahoo name then. I know AOL sucks....but what can I say...the other half wants it.
