Nor can I use the NSeconomy stuff.

Are they down for matienence?

This happens periodically. Probably not scheduled as they would place an 'NS Is Not Availible' page up. Give it a couple hours and they should have things going again.

If not, eh... Salsua and the rest of the techies will rack their brains and fingers and get it up as soon as they can.

For the record, I'm getting "Connection Refused" errors when attempting to contact nationstates.net.

I get this:

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

Its down. Hasn't this been happening more often than usual recently?

First time in a while, actually. Sometimes late at night Jolt flips out and doesn't work, but this is the first for me in a while.

Seems like it was only a week or two ago that the game went down, but if that was months ago, boy time flies. :)

don't worry about. Its just a latent programming glitch. it happens to me one out of 90 logins. Check your connection speed and check out the time out period.
