What is the meaning of this?

I moved from my old region, Wysteria, to The Restored ESUS; where I immediately found that I had an endorsement from a nation called Raechron. Normally this would be nice, but there's no nation called Raechron in the region. I moved to region 000, and the endorsement followed. Then I moved back to The Restored ESUS. Once again, the same endorsement. When I search the nation name I don't get anything, and when I click on the link it gives me a viewing page of my own nation, Xanthal.

...Have I missed something, or is this really weird?

P.S. Can someone else have a look at my nation page and confirm that they can see this mystery endorsement? I want to know if it's just me that can see it. If you can, click the link and tell me where it takes you.

You're not going crazy, its definetly there. Very strange.

I clicked on it like you suggested and it took me to Waterana's nation page but with a difference. The page is showing me the option to endorse and send a telegram to my own nation. Something sure seems to be going haywire with this.

Not something overly wierd... when you recieve an endorsement, it sometimes stays with you until update reguardless where you go... occasional glitch that hits a few people. My guess is that he was endorsing you in the last region you were in, died for some reason, and then you moved. It is gone now as your region probably had its UN update.

This is just speculation on behalf of past experiences however, I could be wrong.
