To endorse you a person would have to be a UN member and a member of your region. Most of the people on this forum will not be in your region and will not be able to endorse you. I hope that information helps. :)

I am member of UN. but I dont understand if the nation of my region has to endorse me?

You can only get endorsements from nations in the same region as your UN nation. They are not required the endorse you, just as you are not required to endorse them. You can, however, ask them to endorse you. A common tactic is the 'endorsement swap' - you each endorse the other. Some regions have policies such as everyone endorsing each other, or only the delegate gets endorsements. Check with others in your region.
