since my previous post was locked, i have to make another thread. I dont have ICQ and dont even know how to get it and i dont think i want to. Can a mod just send me a PM or something cause i want my ban from the UN to be raised. I never did anything wrong. the only thing i could see wrong is that someone logged into their UN nation on my pc, but that cant be true cause that person wasnt banned. I will keep that person unknown.

From "Ejected from the UN? Here's why (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=274575)":Q: My friends operate those other UN member nations. We all share the same computer.
A: I'm sorry if that's the case. There is no way for the game to tell how many people are on the other end of a computer. For this reason, breaches of UN rules involving only two members are usually punished with expulsion, not deletion.

However, please note this important point: we cannot take your word on how many people are really behind your computer. This is not because you are untrustworthy, it's simply that otherwise there is no way to enforce the UN rules.

Q: But that's not fair!
A: True, and again, I'm sorry if you and your friends have been punished unjustly. However, this is the closest we can come to fair. If we accepted people's explanations that they were using a public computer with their friends, we would have to let people create as many UN nations as they like. This would destroy the whole point of the UN.

The line has to be drawn somewhere, and thus, fair or not, the rule must stand.

Multiple UN nations logging on from a single PC is against the rules, regardless of whose nation it might be. Since we can't see who is sitting at the computer, we will have to assume that a single player operates all such nations, and has chosen to break the rules. In your case, a second UN nation appeared to be you, and both were ejected.

This has been clearly published in the rules since April of 2003 in this thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=274575), and has been reposted on the forums in multiple places on multiple occasions. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse. Nations deleted for this reason will not be reinstated in the UN.

If you wish to appeal, we have multiple methods: the Moderation forum (NOT Technical), the Getting Help page, the IRC channel (which you have chosen not to use) ... and then a formal appeals process once these others have been tried. All of these are detailed multiple times in The One-Stop Rules Shop, among other places. Use the processes we have instead of trying to invent some new way, please.

Is there any reason you waited a year and a half to ask about this? It appears that you were ejected January 12th, 2004.

I have been off and on for a very long time. Many times i got grounded or have been doing other things for school. I have been to relatives many times. Just never gotten around to it. I just dont want to create another nation to be in the UN. I would like to be back in the UN and I will try your ideas and thanks for posting them. I love the site and have met many friends. I will continue to come back regardless to meet new people. I just wont get as involved as i used to be. So much work to run around for people. I will help out nations for as long as I am here. The only time I can see me being away for such a long time again will be when I leave for the military. I have another year of school so it is a little bit away.
