I have problem uploading my flag.
It is not over 10kb, and it is 107 px wide and 71 px tall.
It accepts it, but doesnt change the first custom flag.
Why can i not change the custom flag i made before with a new custom one?
Please Help

It has updated, you're just not seeing it. Hard-refresh (control-F5 on many browsers, or shift click the refresh button on some) or empty your cache.
