I was wondering if i could talk to a mod about me being in the UN. or i could call a number. i would prefer to call because it would be much faster and i could call when it was conveniant.

If you want instant gratification, you can get on IRC and join #themodcave. Most times, one or more of us is around. Other times we're not, but odds are in your favor.
I'd also like to point out that there is no massive NationStates central facility with a staff of moderators and programmers working 'round the clock. You may have noticed that this is a *free* site, and as such our princely salaries do not encompass anything so useful as a telephone. Be thankful we have computers.
