I was wondering if it could be possible to make an URL uploading service ..

With that people can have whatever size of the flag they want ..

If you want a custom flag with the upload service avalible now the flag must be extremly Little ..

People could use "Photobucket" and other sites ..

So can it ?

You can create a flag of up to 200 x 300 pixels if you use a program that makes JPEGs or GIFs. 9.5k is plenty of room, as numerous nations have shown.

We will not be allowing linking to live outside sites under any circumstances. There is far too much potential for abuse. We also don't want nations to have "whatever size of the flag they want", as there are plenty of players who access the site via dialup, and prefer speedy access to waiting for huge flags to download every time.
