... and why is my post count not going up when I post? :( I verified my account a long time ago, but I recently got another verification email, and when I clicked on the link it said there was an error...

It helps if you do a quick search of the forums to find similiar problems, as this is one of those problems, you can check here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=424259) for the most recent case.
Perhaps, e-mailing Sal at salusa@nationstates.net to get your accounts merged would bring his attention to it.
