Is there a hard-and-fast definition of "invader" I could quote?

Maybe, look here: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=5715287&postcount=1
This is probably the closest you can get:
"-If an invader delegate convinces the native members of the invaded region to endorse him (assuming 50+% endorse him), is he still considered an invader? What if the other invading nations leave?"
And here's the response
"For a delegate to be considered a native delegate, he/she must have enough native support to remain in that position without the assistance of other non-natives - invaders or neutral."

Ok then - here's the crux of the question:
If someone obtains a password, enters a region with a non-UN nation and two of his friends, posts once on the regional Regional HQ, and then leaves, is that person an invader?
No, because he didn't enter for the purpose of gaining control of the region.

But if they aren't natives and they aren't invaders, what kind of NS status do they have in the infiltrated region?
If it's about Nasicournia and Karpathos (or one of his puppets): He didn't leave on his own. He was ejected.

I don't think it would technically, according to the rules, matter if they weren't actually planning an invasion/defense. Natives only "exist" when an invasion/griefing occurs. This (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=8686556&postcount=24) post by Cogitation echoes my thoughts.
