The Custom flag feature won't let me switch. I made a new flag and it won't upload.
Assuming the flag you want to load is the right format and below the maximum size, all you need to do is clear your cache for that page and force your computer to reload the images. So, try pressing Ctrl+F5 and see if that fixes things for you. :)
