Internal Server Errors and Other Such

For about two days now I'm getting constant Internal Sever Error, 404, and other assorted error pages while using our forum. I was wondering if anyone has any information about this, and if there is anything I can do from my end to minimize the effect.

Assuming the current problems are the same as there have been before, there's not much you can do as it's a problem with Jolt.

Ah, I see. Okay, thanks.

Until you've been unable to post for five minutes because of the errors, you really haven't seen much.

Actually, it's about 10x worse at some points for many of us. Every other load of a page is an internal server error.

Just keep hitting the refresh button, it clears up about the 2nd-3rd time.

Oh, really? lol. It took me more than 30 refreshes to get the technical forum open. It's beginning to make me remember when we were on the old phpBB forums. Is Jolt doing anything about this? It's not just the NS forums, it's the other Jolt ones, too.

Hopefully Jolt will resolve the problem, but it might be one of those problems with some resource bottleneck.

It seems to be getting worse - a few days ago there was the odd "page cannot be found" message, now it seems to take about 3 or 4 refreshs just to get to the board.

Jolt admins, stop humping the server

I agree.

(Yes, I have the exact same problems like the rest of you. Error 404, 500, Internal Server Error and invalid thread are repeating occurances)

Idea: When ever we get one of those stupid error messages, we click on the "Contact Us" link - every time. Eventually, they'll get so many complaints they'll fix it just to get rid of us.

I kinda hate saying something like that, but the problems are getting steadily worse. It's getting to the point where we might as well have stayed on the old forums and spared the mods the confusion of moving everything.

Please don't. It will bother us. Not the Jolt admins.

There's also the fact that on some of the error pages it tells you to contact the site admins at you@your.address - so we can't even get in contact with the people who are meant to fix it.
