NS server down?

Is anyone getting some variant of an error when trying to access nationstates.net right now? I'm getting a 404 or alternatively Connection Refused with different browsers, so I don't know what to make of it.
Is it just me or is the NS server down? I get a refused connection message.

I'm not getting anything from nationstates.net either. Let's hope it's not a big one!

There's a technical problem with the server. It'll be back up as soon as possible.
