Hello, my brother and I both have nations in the UN. But we use the same computer. When he joined the UN recently, it said that our games may be deleted as one can only have one nation in the UN.
What should we do?
One or both of you resign from the UN. Immediately.
Probably the best thing to do.

Resign one nation from the UN
you can switch UN if you both want to play with a UN nation, like one month you, one month him having a UN nation

My understanding was that you could only have one nation per email address but it was fine to have more than one per IP address
Although I could be completely wrong

Thanks. I'll get him to resign now.

I am pretty sure you are
The mods track UN Multis on there I.P addresses amongst other things
You can have only one UN nation, full stop. We advise that you and your brother either use separate computers or take it in turns to have a UN nation or some other arrangement.

So if one of us makes a new nation on a different computer, would you delete the old one for us? And the one of us who had made a new nation on a different computer (not me of course, mine's older!) be able to access our new nation from the computer we share now?
Very confusing , sorry lol

No, if you access both UN nations from the same computer, that would still count as a multi, from what I know. And nations don't get deleted on request..

So if a UN nation has ever logged in from a certain IP address, that means this IP can never be used by another UN nation again while the first stays in the UN? Or is there some kind of "decay" rate after which it drops from the IP logs again?
Of course, it's understandable if this won't be answered. Knowing how long this information is stored would make it much easier to cheat.

No, from my understanding the Mods tend to reveiw the history of both nations. But I would advise you to be very, very careful.

Especially when logging in from a public place or similar, I guess.
Edit: Now I see the old forum account is there... Just need to figure out how to log into it... :(
