Just out of curiosity, does anyone know just how large the population of NS is? I've seen UN nations with numbers in excess of three billion ...
And how large is the world's combined military? What about our combined GNP and GDP?
I get the feeling we're a significantly massive community

That's ... huge. And so many nations too! Real Earth's only got something like 600 or so, hasn't it? Or am I wrong in that regard too (do we consider the EU a single nation now, or does that only happen if / when the member nations completely surrender sovereignty?).
PS Thanks to the person who shifted this into the right thread - I'm still learning the ins and outs of NS.

Our world has approxomatly 200 nations including Principalites (Andorra) and Duchys (luxembourg)
