I made a simple custom flag and I could NOT get if below 10kb... maybe if you allowed gif's which are smaller and built for the use of the internet... My flag was simple and I even made it a 30X10 with a quality of 0 and it was 13.3kb...
Could you allow gif's or something bigger then 10kb please?

I believe that although gifs are not listed, they will work anyway.
Also, this probably should have gone in the Technical forum. This forum is about the daily issues you recieve.

try saving as a .png file - it should then be small enough, depending what your picture is like. MS Paint can definitely do this, I'm not entirely sure about any other image programs but i'm pretty sure they can too. If this doesn't make it small enough try using some different formats or making the image simpler.

GIFs do work, and are perhaps the best format for most flags.
