But, I am trying to find out how to vote on a resolution put forward. I am unable to do it, I believe...Or I just don't know how.

I have been searching for the answer, but cannot find it.

Im a newbie too :p we arent stupid. click on the Issues button under your country's name on the left, and click on the resolution. read all the points of view and click on accept under the one you agree with the most.

Massr, you're talking about issues, but Darkumbria is talking about the UN. Different story.

Dark, you're a UN member. You should be able to vote For or Against the current Resolution At Vote by clicking one of the links at the bottom of the resolution.

You're not a UN Delegate, nor does your region have one at present. Therefore, no one in your region can go into the List Proposals view and "Approve" any proposals that aren't yet on the floor. That's reserved for Delegates only.

Fris meant the in-game UN page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=un). You should see the links at the bottom of the resolution.
