How are regions made and why can't I make one, whether or not I'm a UN Delegate? Do have to be a UN member? :confused:

1. Go to your region's page.
2. Click "Tired of life in <your region>? Then move to a new region!"
3. Click "Create a New Region"

You do not have to be a UN member to create a region. Any nation may create one.
IT only shows me.. the founder of my own thing and I have 3 others who have joined and it does not show them.
WHY?
