Hey there,

I've just been made UN delegate for my region, but I don't seem to be able to approve proposals. I've looked at the list of proposals, but don't see any option to approve them.

Anybody had similar problems?

Or am I just being dense in some way?

Well, since your nationpage identifies you as http://www.nationstates.net/images/un_member.gif and not delegate, I'd say it hasn't finished processing your paperwork yet. Give it a few hours. The UN is a vast bureaucracy, y'know.
