Hello. I'm rather new to NS, so forgive me if this question has been answered before. While browsing through some nations, I saw one that had "The Celestial Empire of.." and I want to use that, but I never can see that option anywhere, nothing about "Celestial". Help wouldd be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Once your nation hits 500 million, you'll be allowed to enter a custom nation title.
The 500 million takes around 3 months, I believe, but don't quote me on that.

Ouch, that's quite a bit of waiting. Does making alot of good decisions for issues help get population at all?

Not in the slightest. Despite local urban legends to the contrary, issues have absolutely zero affect on your population.

Uhhh...on it's population, right? The nation is affected by issues, but it doesn't alter the rate at which your population grows.

That improves your UN ranking.
But only with time will you population increase.
Forget about it and do something else, and before you know it you should be there.
