Orlando Florida time, it has not changed to 6 million population on Saturday and it has not passed my first law,
Should democracy be cumpulsory option 2, it still says legislation pending.

Exit your region and rejoin it. If it hasn't updated within 24 hours of doing that, come back here.
No, it hasn't updated because unless you change the option to "Once per day" with issues, they won't update until Monday. I think.

My issues have always been set at 2 per day, and my nation hasn't updated since Friday either.. It seems to do this on the weekends sometimes. For a long time I was just assuming that it was normal for issues/population to not update over the weekend.. I dunno what's going on.

Before I answerd my first issue, I set my setting on one per day, just to let you know, I logged in and out from the south pacif to the
pacic and back twice already as sujested by Frisbeeteria
and it still has not updated, by sometime sunday it should
have 7 million population and 2 new issues.
