NationStates Jolt Archive

It seems that my nation (Jal-Sen Katmec) can't join the UN. I don't know why this is, since none of my other nations are UN members or have email addresses listed. I've taken all the precautions; my ISP receives the confirmation letter, I know that, since another nation of mine was a UN member once, and I'm using the same server (AOL), but I can't get this nation into the UN. And yes, everything is wide open -- nationstates.net is even highlighted.

If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
