I was wondering if there is anyway to retrive a deleted nation because a previous nation of mine was deleted because I was not allowed onto nationstates, I was blocked, plus I experienced some technical difficulties with my Interent Provider. If there is anyway to do so, reply

If it died from inactivity, you can request revival via the Getting Help page. Be sure to include the dead nation's name, spelled correctly. (It's amazing how many people don't!) We don't need your password or email address, just "revive Nationname, please." When a game mod gets around to your task, your nation will reappear in the region Lazarus. Allow several days.
If it was deleted for rulebreaking, don't bother. You won't get it back.
