...this is just an idea, I'd thought I'd run it up the flagpole and see who salutes it.

I thought it might be an idea to add a couple more options to the UN proposals list;

"Industrial support": Opposite of environmental, with same categories
"Fair Trade": Not my idea; I personally think this may be the same as social justice
"International Dialogue": Similar to international security, but not so military based
"Other industry": For environmental proposals that effect industries that don't exist in NS (such as fishing or coal mining); improves environment without damaging an industry.
"National Policy Harmonisation", combined with removing "Gun Control", "Gambling" and "Recreational Drugs". Does the same thing, but lumps them in one category, with the same "legalise/outlaw" options

Sorry if this is already been thought, or impossible. It's just an idea.It's a sensible idea. Unfortunately, the admins are hell-bent on making no improvements whatsoever to NS1 save technical glitches. Sorry.

Actually, this is one thing that could slide into the game code without a lot of disruption. We've actually been discussing it for some time now, just haven't freed up enough time to deal with it in the face of other, more pressing matters.
