Problem with main screen-frames

Let me get to the point-

When I log on to NS at home (where I use an iMac with IE and OSX), I get this screen (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/Syskeyia/ns_we_have_a_problem.gif). Obviously, there is a frame problem here. However, this problem is not apparent when I log on to the PC at college.

Any advice?

Get a real computer?

I've never heard of NationStates having problems with Macs before. The only thing I can suggest, other than my rather blunt statement above, is to double check all your settings and make sure every thing's set to where it should be.

My Mac running Safari occasionally has frame problems where the sidebar shows up twice and the page keeps on reloading itself. I just press the Stop button and continue.

Funny, it works fine for me, but I use Safari, not Internet Explorer. Try using Safari instead.

EDIT: Jjuulliiaann(sp?), Yeah, I get that problem as well, mostly when I leave it without any activity for too long.

Mozilla Firefox solves all problems

When I used Safari, I got many problems such as the ones above. I'd get my region page in the sidebar.

I don't think it's a Mac-specific problem. It sounds like a browser problem, possibly related to the way your particular browser views frames. Frames are highly outdated, and many are encouraged not to use them anymore, because they do have HTML/mark-up problems when read in conjunction with specific browsers.

I've never had problems with IE and running NS on it.

I'm not necessarily saying it's browser-specific either in the general sense, though, through customization of your browser with settings, options, add-ons, etc. someone might inadvertenly change a setting in relation to frames. That's the point I was making.
