I know this was covered in the faqs, but I'm still not receiving new issues. I've been very patient and waited, but still nothing. I'm not in vacation mode and don't have issues backed up. Any suggestions?

Have you tried moving in and out the region?
Does your population increase everyday?

Check your settings. There is a setting that says dont recieve issues.
Give it another few hours. If you still don't have any, leave your region and move back again. That sorts out most of these problems.
