Are there any ways of posting images in Nationstates?

It's my understanding that images are possible in the jolt-hosted forums, but I wonder if there are methods of using images in the regional civic HQ, or telegrams, or so forth. I've never seen any imkages in regional HQs or telegrams, so I naturally assume there aren't ways to post them unless one were to post links. But perhaps I'm mistaken in that assumption.

Nope. You can't post images in the places you suggest, though it would be very nice indeed, especially for regional flags.

It would be nice if we could have that, although the admins might be worried about the possibility of abuse if it is implemented.

Make that "certainty" and you've got a winner. You won't be seeing images or links in region pages for this reason.

New forum threads bump to the top of the page, and lots of people can quickly see them. Newly changed WFEs just sit there until we stumble across them or somebody reports it. So, no.
