Is your password not working? If so, you can request it here (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=forgot_password).

If that's not the case, you might want to be more specific to the actual problem so that a moderator or someone else with more technical knowledge can assist you. Additionally, you can also talk to the moderation staff on IRC via #themodcave on Espernet.

I appreciate the attempt to help, but the password isn't the problem. When the nation name "Garibaldi Legion" is put in, with the password, it tells me that the nation doesn't exist... even though it obviously does. You can even visit it yourself if you go to the East Pacific.

And I'm sorry to be so dense, but I don't understand how to contact the mods so I can talk to them. What is IRC?

"Garibaldi Legion" is not a nation in NS.
"The Garibaldi Legion" however is.

Try looking for "The Garibaldi Legion" instead of "Garibaldi Legion".
