I have my settings for issues up for two issues a day. I got accustomed to seeing both by the afternoon, since I assumed one comes in sometime after midnight and the other I receive in the afternoon. Lately though I would only have one until I login in the evening. But shortly after I decide on a position to take and logout I receive the other issue. I know it's nothing major, but what's going on?

it depends on when your region updates in the update cycle, which takes a few hours. i think that's what's going on.

Happens to me all the time. Even when I first started. I don't think its a glitch but it might be. Only issue I want to know is a glitch, is for the past two weeks, *it recently ended*, I had the same three issues over and over and over, and it was a stupid cycle. I then started dismissing them out of frustration. Was that a glitch? because I cleared out my temporary internet files and im getting random issues again.

That happened to me before, but I only had one repeated issue and it only lasted about 3 days.

Both reset times are mixed up to confuse those that use the reset for invasions (night time reset in North America) and other such things like the old population glitch/cheat. If you don't know when any one region will reset, you can't catch more than one reset, even though the game supposedly does not allow for that anymore. At one time, one could set their watch by the time any one region had reset, no more.
